His background integrates exercise physiology, functional nutrition, metabolic health, and performance optimisation, enabling him to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical, achievable protocols.
Across his career, Tommy has supported hundreds of clients through transformative change ranging from rehabilitation after ACL injuries and joint replacements, to guiding individuals in reversing hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, obesity, and complex nutritional deficiencies such as pernicious anaemia. He has also coached CEOs, entrepreneurs, and executives through burnout recovery and back into peak physical and mental performance.
